Tofu Satay Skewers with Peanut Sauce

Here is a tasty recipe of tofu made with crushed peanuts and lots more.

Step 1 :

Whizz together all the ingredients for satay sauce in a blender, excluding tofu and coconut oil.

Step 2 :

Cook the mixture on a pan with some coconut oil for about 10-15 minutes on medium heat until the sauce gets the first boil.

Step 3 :

Cut the Murginns tofu into long strips.

Step 4 :

Heat some coconut oil on a pan. Place the cut tofu strips on the pan.

Step 5 :

Cook it for 7-8 minutes. Half way through, turn the pieces over. Cook until light golden in colour with visible griddle marks on it.

Step 6 :

Spread the peanut sauce on the skewers, place some crushed peanuts on it for garnish and serve.
