This is a very easy, crispy and tempting party starter! Kids would really love these crispy nachos chips with a delicious tangy and cheesy dip!

Step 1 : To make the Nacho Chips
In a mixing bowl, add maize flour, wheat flour, carom seeds, salt and 1 tbsp oil. Add water and make a tight dough.
Step 2 :
Roll it out using a rolling pin and cut it into triangles using a pizza cutter or a butter knife.
Step 3 :
Heat oil in a kadai, once it is hot, deep fry the triangles and keep it aside.
Step 4 :
In a medium sized non-stick pan, add butter and chopped capsicum with some salt and saute it for 2 minutes.
Step 5 :
Now, add chopped tomatoes and boiled corn kennels and mix it well.
Step 6 :
Add shredded cabbage, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, salt and oregano and mix it well.
Step 7 :
Serve the mixture in shot glasses, garnish it with coriander leaves.
Step 8 :
Load it with lots of grated Britannia processed cheese.
Step 9 :
Serve it hot with Nachos chips!
