Here is a unique samosa recipe made from mushroom, cheese and so on.

Step 1 :

In a bowl, add maida, a pinch of salt, ajwain, water and knead dough.

Step 2 :

Keep it aside for about 5-10 minutes.

Step 3 :

In pan, add oil. Add garlic and saute it little.

Step 4 :

Then add onion and saute till translucent.

Step 5 :

Add red bell pepper, tomatoes, mushroom, salt, red chilly powder, black pepper powder and mix it well.

Step 6 :

Cook it for about 5 minutes till it starts to leave the edges of pan.

Step 7 :

Now, take dough, take small balls from it.

Step 8 :

Roll out into small puris.

Step 9 :

Place spoonful of filling in center and top it up with Britannia cheese.

Step 10 :

Pick up edges and give it shape like potlis.

Step 11 :

Press it from neck so that it stays as it is.

Step 12 :

In kadai, deep fry these till they golden brown.

Step 13 :

Serve Potli Samosa with tomato chutney.
