This is quick and easy desi version of pizza, made with very few ingredients.

Step 1 :

Mix wholewheat flour, baking powder, salt, oil and make a soft dough just like a chapati dough.

Step 2 :

Make a golf size ball out of the dough, roll it like a thick roti and prick it with the help of a fork, spread pizza sauce over the top leaving 1 centimeter gap around the corners.

Step 3 :

Spread the pizza cheese generously and place diced tomatoes, onions and capsicum.

Step 4 :

Sprinkle mixed herbs as garnish.

Step 5 :

Bake it in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180°C, it is ready.
