Step 1 :
Heat oil in a pan.
Step 2 :
Add onion and green chillies, saute it for a minute.
Step 3 :
Then add chopped capsicum, chopped tomatoes and chopped coriander leaves together.
Step 4 :
Cook it for a while on slow heat.
Step 5 :
Now, add grated paneer and grated boiled potato. Mix it well.
Step 6 :
Add spices along with salt, toss it nicely and keep aside. The mixture is ready.
Step 7 :
With the help of a rolling pin, roll all bread slices as thin as possible.
Step 8 :
Now, arrange it in a baking tray. Spread the mixture, place the rolled slices over it, spread the cheese on the top, at the same time put a spoonful mayo/tomato sauce mixture over the top, arrange the second layer of bread sheets.
Step 9 :
Repeat the process once again.
Step 10 :
Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano over the top.
Step 11 :
Preheat the oven at 150°C for 10 minutes.
Step 12 :
Now place the baking tray in the oven for 15 minutes at same 150°C.
Step 13 :
The yummy bread lasagna is ready to serve. Serve it hot.
