Cheese Sprouted Moong Delight Buns

These stuffed buns are highly nutritious and they are ideal for breakfast or evening snacks. Kids would love them too!

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Take the buns, cut them horizontally into half, place Britannia Cheese slices on each side.

Step 2 :

Spread tomato sauce over the cheese slice and keep it aside

Step 3 :

Take a pan, pour cooking oil, heat it and then add the chopped vegetables.

Step 4 :

Cook the vegetables on low flame for about 5 minutes and then add the pre-cooked sprouts, mix well for about 2 minutes while the flame is on.

Step 5 :

Add pepper powder, a teaspoon of sugar, salt to taste and chopped coriander leaves to the vegetables and sprouts mixture and mix well.

Step 6 :

Now place this cooked mixture (a portion each) over the cheese and tomato sauce buns, cover them with the other half of the bun and press lightly.

Step 7 :

You can either microwave for a minute and then serve or just serve them with chilli sauce or green chutney!
