Avocado Tuna Salad

This is an easy to make healthy yet tasty salad.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a bowl, scoop out the ripe avocado flesh and set it aside.

Step 2 :

Finely chop onion and celery. Remove the canned tuna with the oil, into a small bowl.

Step 3 :

Crush black pepper, chop parsley and squeeze a lime juice and set aside.

Step 4 :

In a large bowl, add the avocado flesh, finely chopped onion, celery, olive oil, lime juice, 1 tsp lime zest and mix using a spoon.

Step 5 :

To the same bowl, add the canned tuna with the oil, chopped parsley, salt and crushed pepper. Mix it well until the ingredients combine and serve.
