Honey Dry Fruit Halwa is a healthy yet tasty dish to have during winters. It is an apt Diwali dish too.

Step 1 :

Dry roast the rava in a pan.

Step 2 :

In another pan, add ghee, once the ghee melts, add the roasted rava to it. Keep stirring it on low flame to prevent it from getting burnt.

Step 3 :

Now, add water and cook the rava. Once the water is absorbed by the rava, add honey to it. Ensure to keep stirring

Step 4 :

After the honey is absorbed by the cooked rava, turn off the flame.

Step 5 :

Garnish it with dry fruits and serve.
