Knead the flour properly with water, ghee and baking powder.
Step 2
:
Leave the dough for 10 minutes for fermentation.
Step 3
:
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add a small bowl of finely chopped leaves, garlic, pepper and salt.
Step 4
:
By taking adequate amount of dough, roll out 2 chapatis and cook it on the tava one by one.
Step 5
:
While the second chapati is cooking on the tava, pour the whisked eggs on it to get it half cooked. Then place the cheese cubes and shredded cheese over it.
Step 6
:
Cover it with already baked chapati. The melted cheese will help stick both the chapatis together.
Step 7
:
Turn it on medium heat and cook it on both sides. Brush a little ghee if needed to cook it well.
Step 8
:
Make a roll of it on the tawa itself and serve it hot.
