Step 1 :

Bring all the ingredients to room temperature.

Step 2 :

Take butter and sugar in a bowl and mix it well using a whisk.

Step 3 :

Once the mixture is well blended, add eggs, milk and vanilla essence to the mixture and blend well. This recipe does not need too much blending, just blend for 1-2 minutes.

Step 4 :

Now, using a sieve add maida and baking powder, fold the mixture until it blends well.

Step 5 :

Add the blueberries and fold them in.

Step 6 :

Arrange 11 cupcake moulds on a baking tray.

Step 7 :

Add the cupcake mix to each mould, fill only 3/4th of the mould leaving room for the cupcakes to rise.

Step 8 :

Pre-heat the oven at 170° C. Place the prepared tray into the oven, setting the timer for 22 minutes.

Step 9 :

The cupcakes are now ready, allow the cupcakes to cool down for about 5 minutes before serving it.
