Step 1 :
Melt butter and milk chocolate. Take it in a microwavable bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds.
Step 2 :
Then, add eggs one after another in the chocolate mixture. Mix it well. Do not over mix it.
Step 3 :
Sieve ragi flour, wheat flour and baking powder and mix it into the chocolate mixture. Add 3 drops of vanilla essence to it and mix well. The brownie batter is now ready.
Step 4 :
In another bowl, mix cream cheese, icing sugar (sugar powder), 1 egg yolk & a drop of vanilla essence.
Step 5 :
Now, add some chocolate chips to the flour batter.
Step 6 :
Grease a baking tray with butter and pour the flour batter in it.
Step 7 :
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter then with the help of a spatula spread the cheese mixture over the brownie batter. Now, top it with some chocolate chips.
Step 8 :
Preheat the oven and bake the cake in convection mode at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes. Once baked, allow it to rest for 5 minutes. Then, take out the baking tin from oven.
Step 9 :
Cut into desired shapes and serve.
