Tomato Veggie Soup is a nutritious soup that is packed with flavour and immunity boosting ingredients.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Wash and peel off the tomato skin. Wash, peel carrot and roughly chop carrot. Wash, peel and roughly chop onion and potatoes.

Step 2 :

In a pressure cooker, add tomatoes, garlic, chopped onion, chopped carrot, chopped potatoes, ginger and pepper corns.

Step 3 :

Add 2 cups of water to the pressure cooker and close the lid for 3-4 whistles.

Step 4 :

Once it cools down, put all ingredients in to a mixer jar and make a smooth paste.

Step 5 :

In the same cooker, add ghee, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp pepper powder, the prepared tomato paste, rasam powder, salt, sugar and required amount of water.

Step 6 :

Let it boil for 2 minutes. Serve it hot, garnished with cream.
