Step 1 :
Sieve maida, baking soda and baking powder together and keep it aside.
Step 2 :
In another bowl, sieve chocolate powder and cocoa powder.
Step 3 :
Whisk oil and sugar separately.
Step 4 :
Add the sieved maida mixture into the oil mixture and beat well. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Step 5 :
Add cocoa powder and chocolate powder in the mixture, along with milk. Whisk well to make a free flow consistency.
Step 6 :
Take a cake tin, grease it with oil and dust it with maida.
Step 7 :
Pour the cake batter into it and keep it in the oven for 50 minutes at 150°C.
Step 8 :
Once done, check it using a toothpick, if it comes out clean, the cake is ready, allow the cake to cool to room temperature.
Step 9 :
Take a wok, add milk to it and give it a nice boil, to this add dark chocolate and stir till it melts and the consistency thickens. Do not overcook.
Step 10 :
Divide the cake in layers, add sugar syrup along with whipped cream on each layer. Cover the cake using the same method and keep it in the fridge to set.
Step 11 :
After sometime, take out the cake and apply the melted truflite chocolate cream over the cake, let set again.
Step 12 :
When the chocolate is set well, make roses using the spare whipped cream by adding yellow food colour to it, put a drop of apple green in some white whipped cream, to make the leaves.
Step 13 :
Decorated it with multi coloured sprinklers, cut and serve.
