Thai Papaya Salad

This salad is made with a few ingredients, easy to prepare, delicious and healthy at the same time. It can be eaten at anytime of the day, breakfast, lunch, dinner or as snacks.

Step 1 :

Roast the peanuts, peel it, roughly crush it and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Slice/grate onion into thin long strips.

Step 3 :

Chop/grate the papaya into long thin slices.

Step 4 :

Chop/grate carrot into long thin slices.

Step 5 :

In a large salad bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar and salt. Toss it well with a spoon.

Step 6 :

Add chopped onions, papaya and mix it well with the soy sauce dressing.

Step 7 :

Garnish it with roasted peanuts, carrots and chili flakes.
