Step 1 :

Wash and soak chickpea over night.

Step 2 :

Pressure cook the soaked chickpea with one cup of water for 10 minutes.

Step 3 :

Take a bowl, add boiled chickpea, carrot, cucumber, spinach, capsicum, green coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, salted peanuts and mix well.

Step 4 :

Before serving, add the prepared dressing, mix well and serve.
