Step 1 :

Boil 1 and 1/2 cup of water in a vessel, add chopped green chilli, garlic, salt, turmeric powder, hing and coarsely crushed peanuts.

Step 2 :

Boil it until it comes to a rolling boil and then switch off the flame.

Step 3 :

In the boiled water, in portions, add gram flour, maize flour and rava.

Step 4 :

Add 1 tbsp oil and chopped spinach, now turn on the stove and mix it properly.

Step 5 :

Make a thick batter from it and set it in a square shape, sprinkle sesame seeds and press it a little.

Step 6 :

Cool it on room temperature for 5-10 minutes and cut it into triangle pieces.

Step 7 :

Now, shallow fry the triangles and serve it hot with ketchup and green coriander chutney.
