An easy chocolate mousse recipe that is not only quick to prepare but tastes delicious.

Step 1 :

Take a large bowl's worth of whipped cream and using a blender of choice, whip it till it thickens.

Step 2 :

Add 50 gm castor sugar and blend it well again.

Step 3 :

Add 50 gm of dark compound chocolate and blend it again until smooth.

Step 4 :

Add a 20 ml sachet of iD Filter Coffee and blend well again and refrigerate the cream for an hour.

Step 5 :

Add the cool whipped cream in a piping bag and fill the serving glasses, and top it off with chocolate shavings. Your dish is now ready to eat!
