In a blender, add rava and blend to make a fine powder.

Heat a pan, add rava and saute for 2-3 minutes on low flame, add cumin seeds, salt, chilli flakes, coriander leaves, 1.2 cup of water and butter and mix well.

Make a soft dough, grate the boiled potatoes and add in the rava dough and mix well.

Add 2 tbsp corn flour and mix well.

Grease the rolling pin and roll the dough like chapati and cut it in ring shape with the help of a cookie cutter.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potato rings in batches on low flame until golden and crispy.
