Cheese Stuffed Peas Coconut Kebab

This is a simple and quick vegetarian kebab recipe stuffed with cheese which enhances its taste.

Step 1 :

Cook peas for 1 minute in the microwave or boil it on the gas stove.

Step 2 :

Cool it and put it in the blender along with coriander leaves, cumin powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, amchur powder and salt. Blend it until smooth.

Step 3 :

Remove the mixture from the blender and put it in a bowl. Add cornflour to the peas mixture and mix it well.

Step 4 :

Keep grated coconut in another bowl.

Step 5 :

Shape the mashed peas into flat round discs.

Step 6 :

Fill the center of each disc with small Britannia Cheeza cubes and re-shape each disc thus covering the cheese from above. The kebabs are ready to fry.

Step 7 :

Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.

Step 8 :

Coat each kebab with grated coconut and shallow fry the kebabs. Serve them hot.
