Kids will not be able to resist this zucchini paneer stuffed paratha, as it delivers them with energy and their daily intake of vitamins, dietary fiber, and protein. A great way to sneak nutritious vegetables into a fussy kid's snack.

Step 1 : For the stuffing

Add 2 tsp grated paneer and 1/8 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and mix well.

Step 2 : To make the dough

Add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 2 tsp grated zucchini, 1/8 tsp salt and sufficient water in a mixing bowl and knead.

Step 3 : For the paratha

Roll out the paratha with a rolling pin.

Step 4 :

Fill the prepared stuffing in the center, and fold and seal the edges.

Step 5 :

Roll it out again carefully.

Step 6 :

On a heated tawa, roast the paratha with 1 tsp oil.

Step 7 :

Flip and roast on the other side.

Step 8 :

Serve hot with ketchup.
