Step 1 :

In a kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 cup diced mushroom and stir fry.

Step 2 :

Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilly powder and water as required.

Step 3 :

Cover and cook.

Step 4 :

Keep it aside.

Step 5 :

In a kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 5 curry leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onion and sauté till golden brown.

Step 6 :

Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp salt and water as required.

Step 7 :

Mix it well.

Step 8 :

Add 2 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp moong dal and sauté.

Step 9 :

Add water as required.

Step 10 :

Pressure cook it for 3 whistles.

Step 11 :

Add the sautéed mushroom on top.

Step 12 :

Serve hot.
