Step 1 :

In a blender, add 1 cup diced cucumber, 1/4 cup curd, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1/4 tsp salt and a little water.

Step 2 :

Blend it to liquid consistency.

Step 3 :

Add 1 tbsp grated tofu.

Step 4 :

Serve chilled.
