Step 1 :

In a blender, add 1/4th cup chopped spinach, 1 tbsp grated dry coconut, 2 tsp bhuna chana, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8th tsp salt and water.

Step 2 :

Blend well, pour in a small bowl and keep aside.

Step 3 : For tadka

Take a pan and heat 1/2 tsp oil.

Step 4 :

Add 1/8th tsp mustard seeds, 1/8th tsp hing, 2 curry leaves and 1 red chilly.

Step 5 :

Mix well and pour on the chutney.

Step 6 :

Serve with snacks.
