Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Boil and mash 1/8th cup diced raw banana.
Boil 1 tbsp peas.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/4th tsp mustard seeds, 1/4th tsp jeera and allow to crackle.
Add 1/2 tsp red chilly powder and water.
Now add 1/8th tsp turmeric powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tbsp cooked peas, little water, cover and cook.
Add the boiled and mashed raw banana, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1/8th tsp salt and water to knead into dough.
Roll out using rolling pin.

Now add mixture and seal in square shape. Keep aside.
Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown.
On the fried pockets, apply 1/2 tbsp pizza sauce.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4th tsp red chilly flakes and 1/4th tsp mixed herbs.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with a choice of your dip.
