Iron packed, carb rich appetizer giving high satiety and taste. A perfect start to a healthy meal.

Step 1 :

Blanch 1/2 cup palak and make smooth puree.

Step 2 :

Puree 1 tbsp onion.

Step 3 :

Cook 1/8th cup macaroni.

Step 4 : For the macaroni

Heat 1 tsp butter in a frying pan, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/4th tsp ginger, 1 tbsp pureed onion and sauté.

Step 5 :

Once slightly cooked, add 1/4th cup pureed spinach and sauté.

Step 6 :

Once it starts to simmer, add a little water, 1 tbsp corn, cooked macaroni, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and mix well.

Step 7 :

Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with cream.

Step 8 :

Serve the soup piping hot.
