Step 1 : For the dough

In a mixing bowl, add 1.5 tbsp buckwheat flour, 1 tbsp rice flour, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp hing, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste, 1 tbsp grated paneer and add a little water to knead the dough.

Step 2 :

Roll the dough into a paratha and roast on both sides with 1 tsp ghee.

Step 3 :

Serve hot with chutney or dip.
