Tomato Carrot Oats Soup

This super healthy, creamy and nutritious soup is very easy to cook without taking much efforts. This creamy and flavorful soup has subtle hint of pepper, basil and mixed herbs that makes it tempting. This soup is full vitamin A, fiber, antioxidants and vitamin C which further enhances skin health. This soup is loved by people of all age groups.

Step 1 :

Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp olive oil.

Step 2 :

Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 cup diced carrot, 1/2 cup diced tomato and mix well.

Step 3 :

Then, add 2 tbsp oats, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp mixed herbs, 5 basil leaves, 1 tsp tomato ketchup and mix well.

Step 4 :

Add water and mix again.

Step 5 :

Cover the kadhai and allow it to cook.

Step 6 :

Let it simmer for a while.

Step 7 :

Pour in a soup bowl and serve hot.
