Beetroot Hummus Poppers provide a generous amount of fiber, folate, vitamin C and antioxidants into the diet.

Step 1 :

In a blender, add cooked chole, 1 tsp white sesame, olive oil, and lemon juice,1 garlic pod, and 1/8th tsp salt.

Step 2 :

Blend everything together to a smooth texture.

Step 3 :

Next, in a mixing bowl, add the prepared hummus, 2 tsp each of grated beetroot and boiled and mashed potato.

Step 4 :

Season with 1/8th tsp salt, and add 1/4th tsp oregano, and 2 tsp corn flour.

Step 5 :

Mix all the ingredients well.

Step 6 :

Roll out the mix into a round shape.

Step 7 :

In a kadai, heat oil for frying.

Step 8 :

Fry until golden brown.

Step 9 :

Serve poppers hot.
