An interesting, healthy snack made with a blend of a variety of millet flours and protein rich tofu makes an ideal snack choice.

Step 1 : For the mixture

Heat 1 tsp oil.

Step 2 :

Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and allow to crackle.

Step 3 :

Add 1/4 tsp red chilly powder and water.

Step 4 :

Add 1/8 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp salt and water as required.

Step 5 :

Now add 1/4 cup diced tofu, 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

Step 6 :

Cover and allow to cook well.

Step 7 :

Mix well and keep aside.

Step 8 : For the sheet

In a bowl add 1 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1/8 tsp salt mix it well.

Step 9 :

Add water and knead it into a dough. Keep it aside.

Step 10 : For tofu pockets

Roll out the dough using rolling pin, add the prepared mixture and seal in square shape.

Step 11 :

Heat oil for frying and deep fry until golden brown.

Step 12 :

Serve a fun snack hot with ketchup or chutney.
