Step 1 :

Wash and clean palak and fry with chopped onion in ghee.

Step 2 :

Wash and drain rice and fry in ghee.

Step 3 :

Fry the spices and make a fine powder. Add with rice and palak.

Step 4 :

Cook in an electric cooker.

Step 5 :

Cut and fry paneer separately.

Step 6 :

Open the cooker and add fried paneer and serve raita.
