Lemon Grilled Chicken and Garlic Bread with Mint Curd Chutney is a simple and healthy appetizer using olive oil which includes the juicy lemon chicken and crispy garlic bread

Step 1 :

Wash chicken breast and pat dry and add 4 tsp olive oil, 6 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chicken masala powder and 2 tsp pepper powder and marinate it for an hour.

Step 2 :

After an hour grill the chicken, on a grill pan, on both sides on a low flame for 15 minutes till it is thoroughly cooked.

Step 3 :

Use the marinated lemon and olive oil mix completely while grilling, and keep aside once it is cooked.

Step 4 :

Add 2 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2tspn pepper, garlic paste, finely chopped coriander leaves and mix thoroughly.

Step 5 :

Apply it to the bread slices on both sides and fry on a pan till it is golden brown in colour on both sides.

Step 6 : For the mint curd chutney

Add a handful of mint leaves, 1green chilli and ginger in to a blender and blend them in to a fine paste and add the salt as required.

Step 7 :

Serve hot grilled chicken with mint curd chutney and garlic bread with mayonnaise.
