250 gm Fillet Fish 2 tbsp Onion Paste

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Black pepper powder

4 tbsp All Purpose Flour 2 tbsp Cornflour powder

0.5 tsp Paprika Powder 0.5 tsp Cooking Soda

1.5 tbsp White vinegar For Batter Mix

500 ml Oil

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Marinate the Fish with Salt, Lime Juice, Tsp Freshly Crushed Pepper, Onion Juice, Ginger-Garlic Paste, and set aside for 10 Mins.

Step 2 :

After 10 Mins, take out each fillet and pat dry with a kitchen towel and keep it ready

Step 3 :

Heat optimum amount of oil for frying

Step 4 :

To prepare the dipping batter, Add the All Purpose Flour and Cornstarch

Step 5 :

Add Paprika and cooking soda

Step 6 :

Add water for achieving the desired dipping consistency for the batter

Step 7 :

Add vinegar only when you are ready to begin frying

Step 8 :

Dip the fillet in the batter and shake off any excess batter. Put the fillet in the hot oil for frying

Step 9 :

Keep the flame on a medium-high. Fry fillet well on both sides to get a beautiful brown colour.

Step 10 :

Drain off excess oil. Repeat the same with all the fish fillets

Step 11 :

Serve hot with mayonnaise and fries
