An easy to make breakfast for festive occasions

Ingredients

Step 1 :

Add one cup wheat flour into a bowl. Add 1 and 1/2 cup water kept at room temperature and 2 pinches of salt . Mix well and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Grate 3/4th cup of jaggery using a grater and add this to the wheat batter. Use your hands to mix it well.

Step 3 :

Add a pinch each of cardamom powder and dried ginger powder to the mix.

Step 4 :

Heat a flat pan and brush some oil onto it. Pour and spread the batter on the pan. Cover and cook on low flame.

Step 5 :

Flip sides to cook well. Serve hot with your favourite achar for a sweet and tangy twist.
