Spicy Basmati Fried Rice with protein and loaded vegetables

A delicious and healthy fried rice.

Ingredients

Step 1 :

Put the broccoli fillets in boiled water for 2mins and take them out.

Step 2 :

Boil the basmati rice in water and strain once it is cooked completely.

Step 3 :

Add 2 tsp oil in a pan and add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, jeera, onions and tomatoes and fry them till they are soft.

Step 4 :

Add 1/2tspn turmeric powder, 1tspn chilli powder, 1tspn coriander powder and 1tspn salt. Then add mushrooms and fry them till they are cooked and remove pan from the heat.

Step 5 :

Heat another frying pan on stove and add 1 tsp of oil and chilies and fry for 1 minute and add eggs and salt and fry them till they are cooked. Keep them on a separate plate.

Step 6 :

Add 1 tsp oil on the same pan and add 1/2 tsp mustards seeds and jeera and add boiled chickpeas and fry them and add 1tspn pepper powder. Keep them on a separate plate.

Step 7 :

Add 1 tsp oil on the same pan and add 2 tsp garlic pieces, broccoli fillets, salt and pepper and fry for 5 mins.

Step 8 :

Add 4 tsp oil on the same pan and add spring onions and fry for 2mins. Add boiled basmati rice, 2 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1tspn coriander powder, 1tspn biryani masala powder and salt and fry them for 5 mins.

Step 9 :

Now take a plate and serve hot basmati fried rice with fried eggs, fried chickpeas, fried broccoli and with mushrooms masala.
