Step 1 :

Boil the milk on low flame for 10 minutes.

Step 2 :

Then add sugar, saffron strands and crushed cardamom n stir gently.

Step 3 :

Now add condensed milk and mix properly n let it boil for another 5 minutes by stirring continuously.

Step 4 :

Add pista and almonds to this and let it cool .

Step 5 :

Wash the mangoes and cut the top most part of each mango just like a lid or cap and keep aside.

Step 6 :

Now very gently take out the stone from the mangoes by turning the stone round and round till it leaves the side n comes out.

Step 7 :

Now fill the rabdi in mangoes one by one and place the top cap of mango and cover it with cling wrap and keep the mangoes in the freezer for 150 minutes, in the standing position.

Step 8 :

Take out the mangoes and peel and make 4-5 slices of each mango. Time to serve it on the plate!
