Step 1 :
Take a 5 ltr cooker and place a stand inside. Close cooker with lid and remember to remove gasket and whistle.
Step 2 :
Heat an empty cooker for 5 minutes on high flame.
Step 3 :
Grease a 7 or 8 inch cake pan on all sides as well as the bottom with oil.
Step 4 :
In a medium bowl, mix HappyChef Rich Chocolate cake mix with water and egg, until there are no lumps and the smooth batter is obtained.
Step 5 :
Pour batter into greased 7 or 8 inch cake pan.
Step 6 :
Place the cake pan on the stand inside the cooker. Close the cooker with the lid and make sure the whistle and gasket are removed.
Step 7 :
Bake for 35 minutes on medium flame.
Step 8 :
Open cooker, insert a toothpick in the centre of the cake to check. If it comes out clean, the cake is done. Remove from the cooker, let it cool before removing it from the pan.
