Ingredients

100 gm Maida 100 gm Powdered Sugar

2 tbsp Choco Powder 1.5 tsp Baking powder

0.5 tsp Baking soda 100 gm White Butter

2 pieces Eggs 1 tbsp Curd

1 tsp Vanilla Essence 100 gm Frozen Whipping Cream

2 tbsp Icing Sugar 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup

10 gm Choco Chips 10 gm Sprinkles

Cooking Steps

Ingredients

Step 1 :

Take maida powder, sugar, choco powder, baking powder & baking soda in container & mix gradually.

Step 2 :

In another container, whisk 2 eggs then add butter & whish thoroughly.

Step 3 :

Now add all dry ingredients in egg & butter mixture.

Step 4 :

Add 1 table spoon curd.

Step 5 :

Using hand blender prepare nice fluffy mixture. It should flow like a ribbon when picked up.

Step 6 :

Now add vanilla essence.

Step 7 :

Apply oil in baking tray and sprinkle flour on it. It will prevent cake from sticking to the tray.

Step 8 :

Pre heat OTG for 10 minutes.

Step 9 :

Pour the batter in the tray and put it inside oven. Cook it for 30 mins at 180° temperature.

Step 10 :

After 30 mins using toothpick check if its baked or not. Now let it cool for some time.

Step 11 :

For icing take chilled whipping cream & whisk till it's fluffy. Then add icing sugar & chocolate syrup.

Step 12 :

Prepared two whipped cream flavours, one vanilla & one chocolate cream. For vanilla cream I had added vanilla essence.

Step 13 :

For garnishing added choco chips & sprinkles.
