Ingredients

150 gm MTR badam drink mix 200 gm MTR Gulab jamun mix

180 ml Curd 40 ml Oil

60 ml Milk 2 gm Baking powder

2 A pinch of Vanilla essence 5 gm Badam flakes

Cooking Steps

Ingredients

Step 1 :

Mix curd, MTR badam drink mix, and oil together. Whisk well.

Step 2 :

Add MTR gulab jamun mix gradually to the curd mixture and mix well.

Step 3 :

Add milk and mix till there are no lumps.

Step 4 :

Add baking powder and vanilla essence to the mixture.

Step 5 :

Grease cake tray. Dust with flour evenly or line a parchment paper. Transfer the batter to the cake tray and garnish with badam flakes.

Step 6 :

Add salt to a pressure cooker and spread it evenly. Cover the salt with a plate and preheat the cooker for 5 minutes without weight or whistle.

Step 7 :

Place the cake tray inside the preheated pressure cooker and cover with a lid.

Step 8 :

Cook the cake for 30 minutes on a slow flame.

Step 9 :

Insert a tester or a toothpick and if it comes out clean, the cake is cooked. Cool completely before slicing.

Step 10 :

Garnish with malai.
