Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a fryer, fry karela with salt, pepper and haldi until golden brown. Set aside.

Step 2 :

In a pressure cooker, saute the ginger-garlic paste with the onions, tomatoes, chilli paste, green chillies, haldi and mutton pieces.

Step 3 :

Add water and cook the mutton pieces for 60 mins (2 whistles). Make sure you do not add too much water.

Step 4 :

Then, add the fried karela along with garam masala and amchur and stir fry for a minute or two.

Step 5 :

Serve hot with rice or roti.
