Go coco-nuts over this healthy and delicious chikki recipe! Made with the perfect blend of coconut, jaggery, and a sprinkle of other wholesome ingredients, each bite is bursting with coconutty goodness.

For Coconut Chikki

Step 1 :

Grease the platform with ghee where you want to shape the chikki.

Step 2 :

Dry roast the coconut, sesame seeds and peanuts and slightly crush the peanuts.

Step 3 :

Melt jaggery in kadai with water and cook till hard ball consistency comes to the jaggery.

Step 4 :

Add all the roasted ingredients, and cardamom powder and mix it well.

Step 5 :

Quickly place the prepared sweet onto the greased surface and press down with a greased bowl.

Step 6 :

Cut in the desired shape when it cools slightly after 15 minutes or so.
