Get ready for a tropical flavour explosion! This jackfruit treat is a perfect blend of exotic sweetness and heavenly goodness.

Ingredients

Caramelised Jackfruit Cake

1 Bowl Ripe Jackfruit 2 Cup Semolina

1 Cup Jaggery 0.5 Cup Refined Oil

1 tsp Baking Soda 2 tsp Baking Powder

10 drops Vanilla Essence 1 a pinch of Salt

1 Cup Milk

Cooking Steps

Caramelised Jackfruit Cake

Step 1 :

First remove seeds from Jackfruit then add them to mixi & make a puree.

Step 2 :

In a mixing bowl take milk then add Jackfruit puree, oil & sugar then mix well.

Step 3 :

Then add semolina, baking soda, baking powder, salt & vanilla essence to that mixture & mix well & rest that mixture for 10 minutes.

Step 4 :

Now in a pan heat 4 tbsp sugar & make caramel syrup.

Step 5 :

Take a baking pan spread caramel syrup in it & then pour that Jackfruit semolina mixture into it & pat it.

Step 6 :

Bake that in the oven for 60 minutes at 180°temperature.

Step 7 :

Now the cake is well cooked then cool it completely & remove it from the baking pan.

Step 8 :

Decorate the cake with your choice, cut & serve this delicious beautiful yummy cake.
