Chicken Ghee Roast

Step 1 :

Mix all the ingredients of the marinade and massage the chicken with it. Leave it to rest for a few minutes.

Step 2 :

In a kadhai, add 1 tbsp of ghee, and cook the chicken on a low flame. Cook until the chicken is tender.

Step 3 :

Try to cook till the moisture in the chicken disappears. Cook and keep aside.

Step 4 :

To prepare the ghee roast, in a saucepan, add the ghee along with curry leaves, and garlic cloves. Then add the prepared chicken and cook on a high flame so that the masala is roasted. Take care not to burn it.

Step 5 :

Just when it is about to blister, add the black pepper powder and mix and cook for another minute.

Step 6 :

Finally, top with some more pure ghee and chopped coriander and serve.
