Cooking Steps
Za’atar Chicken Drumsticks
Step 1 :
Combine the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, crushed garlic, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper powder & za’atar spice in a zipper sealable plastic bag.
Step 2 :
Add chicken drumsticks inside the zipper bag containing the za’atar marinade then mix the marinade properly so that it’s nicely coated on the chicken drumsticks & Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Step 3 :
Remove the zipper bag from refrigerator and keep it at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Step 4 :
Pre heat air fryer at 200 degrees.
Step 5 :
Place the chicken drumsticks on air fryer basket and air fry at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, (flip the sides of chicken drumsticks after 15 minutes).
Step 6 :
Remove za’atar spiced chicken drumsticks, serve with sauce or salad.
