Give your classic pani puri a refreshing tropical twist with the creamy sweetness of fresho! coconut.

Cooking Steps

For the coconut paani:

Step 1 :

Blend everything all together except basil seeds. Once blended, pour in a bowl and add in the soaked basil seeds and ice cubes. Refrigerate.

For filling:

Mix everything all together and set aside.

For puri:

Step 1 :

Dip the rice paper in water and layer them one above the another. Cut into squares and bake at 160 degree c for 15 minutes. The puris are ready.

Step 2 :

Make holes in the puffed rice paper. Fill in the masala and dip in chilled coconut pani. Serve chilled.
