Blueberry Mousse

A sweet mousse with a hint of tanginess that will make your dessert cravings go crazy

Method

Step 1 :

In a sauce pan mash 1 cup of blueberries.

Step 2 :

Add sugar and salt in a pan and simmer on low flame.

Step 3 :

Keep on stirring till the mixture turns jammy.

Step 4 :

Refrigerate the jam

Step 5 :

Add 1 cup fresh cream and cream cheese to the cold jam and blend into a smooth puree.

Step 6 :

Beat the heavy cream in a large bowl and fold in the blueberry smooth puree until blended.

Step 7 :

Serve mousse in small glasses/jars with chopped pistachios and blueberries on top
