Home made Mini Samosa & Green Chutney is a perfect snack which is not only easy to prepare but also delicious in taste.

Method

Step 1 :

Boil the potatoes first. Mash them. Keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Take 1 table spoon oil in a kadai, add jeera, finely chopped onions, chilli powder, very little garam masala, salt, haldi and the mashed potatoes. Mix them well. Keep aside.

Step 3 :

Remove the spring roll sheets and cover them in a dampened cloth.

Step 4 :

Take 2 sheets at a time, cut it into 4 pieces vertically. Don't separate the sheets. Moisten the sheets with water.

Step 5 :

Place a marble sized potato mixture,at the top of the sheets and fold it criss-crossed, as tight as possible.

Step 6 :

Deep fry in oil till golden in color.

Method

Step 1 :

Grind all the given ingredients using 1/2 cup water and serve along with the samosas.
