Cooking Steps for Phariyali Panareyam

Step 1 :

Wash sabudana soaked in curd for 3 hours. Mix all the ingredients together to make sabudana batter.

Step 2 :

Heat Panareyam pan and grease it. Pour batter on each mold.

Step 3 :

Cook on medium heat for 4 min. When golden brown flip and cook again for 4 min.

Step 4 : For Serving

Serve with coconut or peanut chutney.
