A delicious, healthy snack made with raw bananas and kuttu atta, these kachhe kale ke kebabs are perfect to beat the hunger during Navratri.

Cooking Steps for Kachhe Kele ke Kabab

Step 1 :

Cut each banana in half and pressure cook or boil till the bananas are cooked.

Step 2 :

Peel the bananas, and add them to a bowl along with kuttu atta (buckwheat flour), ground black pepper powder, green chillies, coriander and sendha namak (rock salt).

Step 3 :

Mash the bananas and mix well with the ingredients. Form the kabab mixture into flat, round balls about one and a half inch in diameter and keep aside.

Step 4 :

Heat oil in a non stick skillet, and add the kababs one by one, making sure they don't overlap. Cook each kabab for 8-10 minutes on each side till they are golden brown.

Step 5 : For Serving

Serve these kachhe kele ke kababs with coriander chutney.
