Cooking Steps for stuffing

Step 1 :

Wash mushroom nicely and slice it thinly, grate paneer and cheese Keep aside. Chop chili, onion and coriander very finely. Take oil in a pan and put on medium flame. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle.

Step 2 :

Add ginger garlic paste and chop chili. Saute for some time, then add finely chopped onion and saute it till translucent.

Step 3 :

Add turmeric powder and then add sliced mushroom. Saute it on high flame. Now add grated paneer and saute for some time. Now add salt, cumin powder and black pepper powder. Switch off the flame.

Step 4 :

Add grated cheese and chopped coriander. Now let it cool for some time.

Cooking Steps for filo roll

Step 1 :

Take out 6 filo sheet. Very carefully spread one sheet and apply melted butter with the help of basting brush. Put second sheet on top of it and apply the melted butter on this too.

Step 2 :

Now put the third sheet. Make the same thing with the other three filo sheets and keep both aside. Now divide the mushroom mixture in two parts.

Step 3 :

Spread the first part of mushroom mixture on one set of buttered filo sheet lengthwise and make a tight roll of this, seal with corn flour slurry. Make the same roll with rest of the mixture and filo sheet.

Step 4 :

Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade. Brush it with butter and bake it for about 20 min or till the rolls are golden brown.

Step 5 : For Serving

Cut the rolls into 2 inch each and Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
