Step 1 :
Heat the milk and allow it simmer, so that its quantity reduces to half.
Step 2 :
Add sugar, crushed cashew nuts and cardamom.
Step 3 :
After all the ingredients are mixed remove the milk and let it cool for about 30 minutes.
Step 4 :
Peel, deseed and chop the oranges finely and add to the kheer.
Step 5 : For Serving
keep the orange kheer in the refrigerator for about an hour and serve cold.
